From the moment i got to the property, Braam had arrived early and started the inspection on the exterior of the house. Braam was professional and prepared to answer the onslaught of questions i had, which i had many as a first time home buyer. Braam was forthcoming with any deficiencies and was thorough in inspecting the entire house from top to bottom, including pictures. I was able to follow Braam around for the entire inspection and pick his brain and he was more than happy to share his knowledge. I would highly recommend Hart Home Inspections to anyone needing a true professional or to first time home buyers seeking clarity in the foggy haze that can ensue in buying your first home. I went through Braam for my home inspection and my experience was incredible. This was my first home purchase and I was very unfamiliar with the process.
